What skills do HR managers look while hiring Product Managers?

What are the skills hiring managers are looking for?

As a product manager, I will really look for people who know the craft – who understand what product management is and what does it entitle in terms of cross-functional collaboration. There has to be a tremendous amount of customer empathy, team building, coaching and these are the main traits an HR would look for.
