The sessions will also focus on ways to analyze one’s own negotiation style and use the negotiation tactics that are most appropriate in a given situation. For leaders, it is imperative to understand how to lead change to navigate the ever changing business environment. The module on leading change will help you get skilled in initiating and leading change in your organization.
We pair you with a mentor who has extensive professional and academic knowledge of the field. You’ll have one-on-one conversations with him or her, and receive useful feedback on improving your work.
