The course focuses on equipping participants in developing comprehensive skills in negotiation, influential leadership and in creating a leadership impact. The negotiation process will help you to learn the tools and techniques to manage the negotiation process. The sessions will also focus on ways to analyze one’s own negotiation style and use the negotiation tactics that are most appropriate in a given situation. For leaders, it is imperative to understand how to lead change to navigate the ever changing business environment. The module on leading change will help you get skilled in initiating and leading change in your organization.
