IPL’s flagship seminar the Day in the Life of a Product Manager found its audience at Hotel Avasa in Hyderabad on April 22nd. Over 80 participants representing the industry from Hyderabad took in the sessions.
The day kicked off with a career assessment lecture by Prof. Pinkesh Shah.

The audience peppered Prof. Shah with queries about their career anchors and goals.
A short tea break later, a panel discussion on Global Product Management featured industry leaders like A.N.Rao, Global Head of Cognizant Academy, Mukesh Marodia, Director of Product Management, Data Security Group at Informatica, Sarath Kummamuru, Head, Tools and Automation at Google and Prabhas Sinha, Director Product Management at CA Technologies. The panel discussion was moderated by Prof. Pinkesh Shah.
The session was highlighted by some interesting questions from the audience and insightful replies from the panelists.
Post lunch, Prof. Nandini Vaidyanathan conducted a Master Workshop on the “First 100 days after Product Launch”.
The participants were taken through the do’s and don'ts of nurturing a product and ensuring the momentum of launch is carried to success and profitability.
The day wound up with a session of high tea where the participants interacted and networked with industry leaders and other registrants in the room.
