As Head of Product Management and Digital Strategy for KYC Utilities @SGGSC since July 2018, Malthi is responsible for driving the Digital Strategy and roadmap for services and products across the KYC Utilities centers in India and Romania. In her capacity, Malthi liases with various technology teams(SGGSC) and start-ups (under the Catalyst program) to co-construct products and provides guidance on the product evolution.

Malthi leads the GSC-wide Women-In-Tech program which provides a platform for women technologist to connect, inspire and learn from each other and the industry.

Malthi has 19 years of experience and has worked with various product companies like SAP, Intuit, EMC that spans across Enterprise products to consumer products. She mentors aspiring product managers and is Product track reviewer at GHC 2019.
