Adarsh is an achievement focused professional with experience of over 17 years in process advisory, internal audit, compliance programs and SOX with leading organizations.
As a Partner in Genpact Enterprise Risk Consulting (G-ERC), Adarsh is predominantly responsible for servicing business process-oriented needs for clients – right from internal audit, process improvement exercises, setting up processes/ designing frameworks/ preparation of Standard Operating Procedures, operational audits to regulatory compliance. He is also the administrative head for South India operation for G-ERC.
Adarsh has exposure to supply chain management, cash flow management, inventory management, financial reporting, revenue management, capex management, human resource management, information systems (like SAP, Hyperion), etc.
His experience spans across IT/ ITES, Telecom, retail, manufacturing & engineering industry.
