It is that time of the year when the vacation mood sets in all around and everyone pauses their work lives to relax and enjoy the holiday season. As we draw the curtains on 2017, we take a look back at the happenings at the Institute this year.

The Campus is abuzz! The growth of IPL as a premier B-School that emphasizes product leadership means more activity at the campus. Currently, there are three Executive MBA (EMBA) and one International Certificate Program in Product Management & Marketing (ICPM) batches of students learning from senior practitioners and gearing up to create their own ripples in the world of Product management. Two EMBA batches and one ICPM batch graduated this year, giving wing to their careers.

New Program A 2017 milestone was IPL’s partnership with Hyderabad’s Institute of Management Technology (IMT) to launch the Executive Post Graduate Program in Product Management (EPGPM) for the city’s mid-career executives. Admissions for the first batch to which are fast closing.

Webinars IPL has always believed in continuous learning. As part of this belief, the Institute invites senior practitioners to the Product Leader webinar series to share their experiences and knowledge with the product community at large. There were 14 webinars conducted this year. Veterans such as Raj Yavatkar, SVP of Products, VMWare; Kunal Shah, Founder, FreeCharge; Rajesh Raheja, VP Products, CA Technologies; Bhushan Shinkre, Product Leader, Amazon; and Mandar Parikh, VP Product Management at Entytle were a few senior industry leaders who shared their professional experiences at the webinars.
