Srishti Sofat is Group Vice President, Oracle CX Marketing. She brings over 24 years of experience across US and India in building and scaling large scale consumer and enterprise cloud products. She has been solving interesting problems in Marketing Automation, Personalization, Mobile, Mar-Tech, Loyalty and Consumer Search to help a global set of customers. Drives a strong culture of product innovation, customer retention, and growth.
In her current role at Oracle, she leads the Product development for Oracle CX Marketing Products – Responsys, Eloqua and CrowdTwist. She is the Oracle ACX – India Dev Center lead. She is a champion for Oracle Women Leadership (OWL), Mentorship Program, and Diversity initiative. Prior to joining Oracle, she was General Manager & Managing Director- Responsys India. Srishti has a Bachelor’s of Engineering in Computer Science from NITK Surathkal and an MBA from the University of Washington.
