Service Industry v/s Product Industry

When you look at Project Management, you are mainly looking to deliver the scope of the project. Your priority is to deliver in the least amount of time, cost and budget, but you are not worried about the user experience and customer’s response. Whereas when you look at Product Management, you are involved in designing a product to meet the customer needs. Hence, being emphatic is in the customer shoes to see what the customer is seeing and see how your product can address them.
