Kaushik Dey

Kaushik Dey is the Head of Data Sciences and Quantum AI at Ericsson Research. He has an experience spanning over 2 decades and has been a part of IBM in various tech roles. An alumnus of IIT-KGP and BITS, Pilani, he’s a thought leader in the field of ML and AI.

There are two ways to transition into the role of a Data Science Manager. One can come from the business domain and understand the capabilities of Data Science to become a DSM or a person who's spent a considerable amount of time in the Data Science domain can understand the business models and act as a bridge between the business head and the technical head.
