Opening the Floodgates for Hyderabad Product Visionaries
Institute of Product Leadership (IPL) joins hands with Hyderabad’s top B-School, Institute of Management Technology (IMT) to launch its MBA programs for city’s mid-career executives. The joint venture will empower professionals in the tech industry to hoist their careers and expand their knowledge base across Product Management, User Experience, and Data Analytics domains. Professionals with more than five years of experience will be eligible to enrol in this tailor-made program designed to steer careers towards growth and success.
Pinkesh Shah, Co-Founder and CEO at IPL explains, “Mid-career transitions are like changing planes while in the air.” He further adds, “And we are helping professionals to take this leap by building cross-functional understanding of each domain in a company and allowing them to stay tandem with the global trends.” Rajeev Kumar hails this approach as different from others. “IPL is fostering product leadership programs which are completely different from any management education. Their idea is to nurture the product thinking irrespective of your functional part in the company,” says Kumar.
Dr. Satish Ailawadi, Director, IMT, also attended the event to shed light on the latest venture with IPL. “IPL’s credentials and expertise will help us evolve and differentiate our executive MBA programs from the rest,” explains Dr. Ailawadi.
