The Executive MBA in Product Management & Leadership offered is an 18-month program with an additional 2 months for industry internship, allowing the learners to become eligible for doing a PhD in future.
It has face-to-face sessions on the campus on alternate weekends from 9 AM to 4 PM. One can complete the courses and project work as early as 18 months.

The Executive MBA is a UGC-accredited degree program that is specially designed for working professionals, business leaders, and managers who want to fast-track their careers into executive roles and sharpen their business and leadership skills. According to the UGC guidelines, you need at least a postgraduate degree to pursue a PhD program. The IPL’s Executive MBA in product management & leadership program, which is a postgraduate degree along with an Industry Internship, gives you the eligibility for doing a PhD.

Program Fee is pre-approved for up to 100% through education loans with major banks. Executive MBAs are part-time only in the sense of the way the classes are scheduled. Typically, Executive MBAs and part-time MBAs have classes scheduled over the weekend. The fundamental difference between a part-time MBA course and an Executive MBA course lies in the basis of its curriculum design and target audience.

A part-time MBA typically targets freshers or professionals who are relatively new to the industry, their experience of the industry being nil or negligible. The duration of the course may vary anywhere between two and three years.

IPL’s Executive MBA in Product Leadership is designed for mid-career and senior professionals who are looking for career acceleration into leadership roles or to transition into product management roles. It has a laser-focused curriculum and a fixed duration of 18 months + 2 months for industry projects wherein the participants are molded into industry leaders.

No. We DON’T expect professionals to quit or break from their current work. In fact, if you are a working professional you have a higher chance of getting accepted!

The program does expect an additional commitment of 10-15 hours a week for project work, assignments, and online supplemental pre-readings (for example, Harvard Business Cases, simulations, etc.) It is flexible by design but still has enough rigour to ensure applied learning.
